52 ft Reeves cruiser style shell with quality Droitwich fit-out built in 1997. BMC 1.8 litre 36hp diesel engine with PRM 150 gearbox. Sleeps four in total comprising of a permanent double bed in it's own cabin and an L-shaped dinette/double bed in saloon. Heating and hot water are from the Mikuni diesel fired boiler to three radiators controlled by a Danfoss digital 7-day timer and a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove in saloon. Additional hot water is provided by a twin coil calorifier. The galley has a green Vanette oven, grill and four burner hob, green sink unit, Inlander 12 volt fridge, microwave, Naturepure water filter and plenty of built in storage space, there are side hatches on both sides of the galley. The bathroom consists of a built in mixer shower, Mansfield Traveller pump-out toilet and wash basin. The front cockpit has a wooden cratch with perspex panels and covers over. The front and rear covers were new three years ago.
'Tilly' is wired up for both 240 volt power and 12 volt and also has a Heart 1KVA Interface with Balmar inverter/charger.
This is a very well built boat from a highly respected builder and has been professionally fitted out to a top specification and is excellent order throughout having been well well maintained by it's current owners. |
