*NEW IN* 30ft 4-berth cruiser style narrowboat built in 1981 by Tolladine.
The engine is a 1.5 diesel BMC engine which has been totally re-conditioned and has had only 60 hours running time. A 100 Watt alternator charges one engine battery and two domestic batteries.
The inside has been completely re-furbished within the last year, and has very high grade polystyrene insulation.
There are 12 V and 240 V lights and plug sockets.
The Alde gas central heating heats 2 radiators (one in the saloon and one in the bedroom).
Hot water is heated either with a 240W immersion heater or via the Alde boiler.
The boat is 4- berth. Front double bed (which can also be converted into a seating area) and another double bed which can be made out of the L-shaped sofa in the saloon.
The shower room contains a Thetford cassette toilet and a shower tray underneath.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer that runs on gas, 12V and 240V. The stove runs from the gas supply and has 2 rings, a grill and oven.
The water tank is situated at the front of the boat and the tap in the kitchen has a water purifier system for drinking water.
The boat comes with a stern cover which can be used if the boat is left.
She is a very reliable boat, surprisingly spacious with lots of storage and an ideal first time buy.
The sale comes with a possible (strictly non-residential) mooring in our marina at Stanstead Abbotts, Herts.
