| 50 ft Trad built by Harboro Boats in 1991. BMC 1.8L 4 cylinder diesel engine. Sleeps 4 in total. Fixed double bed in bedroom with full height wardrobe and ample shelving. Four seater double bed settee in saloon. Full interior refit three years ago by carpenter/joiner with solid wood floor throughout. Painted throughout in cream. Newly fitted kitchen with cherry effect fitted units, black ebony effect worktops, stainless steel circle sink & drainer, new tiles, modern stainless steel gas cooker and hob and 240 volt fridge. Solid fuel range in saloon. Electric radiator in bedroom. Washing machine and tumble dryer in engine room. Fully lined handmade curtains throughout with blind in kitchen. 2000 watt inverter. New starter battery. Newly fitted shower/water & bilge pump. New Rinnai instant gas water heater fitted late 05. New front canopy with side access panels and windows. Last hull blacking Nov 03, last survey Nov 03 (copy available), BSC to April 08. Current mooring may be available by arrangement with the marina owners. This boat has been beautifully maintained by the current liveaboard owners and is presented in excellent decorative order throughout. |
