| 45 ft Cruiser style narrowboat built & fitted out by Hallmark Narrowboats Ltd in 1999. Sole 4 cylinder marine diesel engine with single lever control and only 838 hours running time on the clock. Sleeps 2 in fixed double with 2 additional berths provided by 2 camp beds stored under main bed. This boat has been owned by one careful ex-sea Captain owner from new and has been meticulously looked after with every journey logged and every receipt kept for every piece of equipment added or upgraded. The immaculate engine has had an annual service since new. This boat is so clean that you could eat your dinner off of the engine room floor! In addition this boat comes complete with a full inventory of crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and just about everything else you would need to set off cruising straight away. A 'potjie' is a cast iron South African cooking pot. |

SALOON: Bright and airy 9 ft 4" saloon with glazed wooden doors to front cockpit, glazed windows in front bulkhead either side of the doors. Front step with storage under. Small corner shelf with 240 volt sockets behind. Oliva multi-fuel stove. Cane 2 seat settee with 2 matching armchairs and coffee table.
GALLEY: 7 ft 2" from saloon to bulkhead. Paloma instant gas water heater (last serviced 9/10/04). Vanette 5000WL gas oven, grill and 4 burner hob. Electrolux 240/12volt fridge. Stainless steel sink unit set into wood effect worktops with 3 cupboards under. Wood effect worktop/table with Ikea drawer unit and storage space under. 2 x storage boxes on wall. Wall mounted fire blanket & extinguisher. All crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, mugs and glasses included.
BATHROOM: Brand new boxed Porta Potti toilet. Vinyl lined shower cubicle with mixer tap and shower curtain. Washbasin with mirrored bathroom cabinet over. 3 drawer free standing unit. Porthole. Louvre door for ventilation.
CABIN: 6 ft x 4 ft permanent double bed with ample storage space and 2 x 3 drawer units under. Unit with hanging space and two drawers under. 2 x campbeds under bed for additional occasional guests. Plenty of hanging hooks.
OUTSIDE: Cream coloured vinyl cover with large see through window for front cockpit, matching covers over back deck and engine control panel. Steel lockers/seats in front cockpit. Steel locker/seat containing 2 gas cylinders on rear deck.
